- Guarantee to help you buy your property for less than market value
- Hide/misrepresent any material facts or defects about a property, even if my firm listed it
- Discriminate in any way or violate Federal Fair Housing Laws
- Collect any kickbacks or accept any rebates without your full knowledge and awareness
- Choose the neighborhood or community you should live in
- Tell you if the area is 'safe'
- Tell you what schools are 'better' than others
- Guarantee what the town planning and zoning commission will do
I CAN provide you with sources that can provide you with this information so that you can make your own informed decision.
WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION
- To ensure that your interests are protected by way of secure Agency Relationship, it is required that I receive your written authorization to represent your interests prior to viewing any property
- Some agents in other firms may elect to delay or circumvent the issue of Agency Relationship which should concern you
- If an agent would be willing to ignore such an important business relationship, shouldn't you wonder what else they might not take seriously later?
WRITTEN AGREEMENT
- You will have an explanation of the terms to an agreement so that you will completely understand it
- I am happy to provide you with a blank agreement so that you or any of your advisors may review it in advance
- I do not charge you any signing, retainer or representation fees like some other firms
- Once I receive your written authorization I will begin my work for you
